Returns

We accept returns on most products within 7-14 days of delivery, provided the items are unused and in original packaging. Please note: Earrings and other hygiene-sensitive items are non-returnable.

Refunds

Once your item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless return is due to an error on our part.

Exchanges

If you received a defective or incorrect item, we will gladly exchange it at no additional cost.
